Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. For pre-orders on BNF drones, an additional 4-6 weeks is required for sourcing components and manufacturing. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. USPS First Class and Priority shipping are the recommended services and DHL is available as an alternative. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via DHL to all countries within the DHL network. We do not offer UPS or USPS international shipping services because DHL has been found to be the fastest and most reliable service for most countries especially in Europe.   

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Straw Hat Aerial will not cover these charges so please familiarize yourself with your country's import tax rate to know what to expect. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is in fully working order and has no signs of damage, unless the product is defective upon arrival. We will refund the full order amount and provide a shipping label for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sam@strawhataerial.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
